I was excited for today, but then my body just wasn’t into it. I think Monday - Wednesday I went really hard on everything and one day off wasn’t enough to recover. Particularly from the 24kg kettlebell on Wednesday, I’m guessing.
Clean & Jerk - 5-5-5-5 reps
- you may drop the bar from the top of the jerk
- time between reps must be minimal… re-grip the bar and go again

3. 100# (x3)
4. 85#
5. 85#
I definitely could go heavier than this, but my body just felt exhausted and slow. So, rather than force the issue I thought it was a good opportunity to just keep working technique and practicing speed and sharpness to the movements. So, I dropped back down to 85# and did extra sets there.
